Hmm, what would be helpful to know about me...

Well I have been working in mental health field for 15 years, both in BC and Ontario. I love working with relationships, it is the main lens with which I see the world. I enjoy helping people enrich their relationships, be it the relationship they have with themselves, with friends, family, or intimate partners. The most impactful and interesting relationship is the one we form with the world around us; how we create meaning, handle joy or rejection, focus on what's there or what's not, etc..

As for the technical stuff, I have an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Guelph 2006, and a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University 2014. I am a full member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, license #004991.

Outside of being a counselling professional I like to read, go on walks with my dog, muse about post-modernism, and buy plants.
